As part of the Local Control Funding Formula, school districts are required to review a three-year Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP).
District's are required to develop a plan with input from students, parents, staff and the community that needs to address the following state priorities:
A. Conditions of Learning
Implementation of State Standards
B. Pupil Outcomes
Other Pupil Outcomes
The district's LCAP must align with the district's budget.
